This Northern Virginia in-home family session was a treat. There is something so cozy and intimate about photographing in your own home. You are comfortable, it’s easy to relax, and we can just have fun. This session was a celebration of Huong’s oldest son, and it was so playful. Huong has a luxury membership, and so we were first able to photograph her family at Brookside Gardens. This session was meant to feature her oldest son on his birthday, so photographing the family at home was such a perfect way to document the occasion. It really was an authentic narrative of family life.
