This newborn session was so dreamy! I photographed this sweet new family in Fairfax a couple months ago as they welcomed their beautiful baby girl. We had the best time chatting and just enjoying the morning together. In-home newborn sessions can be so peaceful and relaxed. You don’t need to worry about leaving the house, and you’re in the comfort of your home if you need to stop and feed baby.
Many clients tell me they are worried about in-home sessions because they don’t have a large home, and I always tell them that’s okay! I photograph the majority of my sessions in one area of a home – usually where there is a lot of natural window light. I photographed this session in the family’s living room. We were able to achieve so much variety that there are some images that looked like they could have been photographed in a studio!
