This Brookside Gardens family photo session was simply lovely. I enjoy photographing all around the DC area. I have had the opportunity to explore so many lovely locations over the years. This winter family session was photographed in Brookside Gardens in Montgomery County, one of my favorite locations to photograph during the spring. The gardens are normally full of bright, beautiful colors. Not for this session! It was a chilly, November day when we ventured out to Brookside Gardens. I knew I was taking a risk having a winter session in a garden, but wow, did it deliver.
I am devoted to making the portrait experience enjoyable and stress-free. Mamas are already so busy! My portrait experience includes styling with wardrobe and hair and make-up. Koryn used Lori Nansi, my go-to hair and make-up artist. Koryn incorporated my planning guide suggestions and wore a classic dress that centered all of the attention their family love. This darling family trusted me, and because of it, their images exude ethereal and elegant vibes. We even played games and had the best time. I think you’ll see that in the photographs.
