This garden family photo session was so dreamy. Wisteria is one of my favorite florals, and we were graced with wisteria in peak bloom for this session. Brookside Gardens is a lovely location for Maryland family photography. It’s a short drive from DC and is beautiful in all seasons. I always recommend photographing sessions early for light and good moods for little ones. However, it is also key to enjoying the scenery without crowds. We were able to bask in the gorgeous wisteria before more people flooded the gardens.
We initially were planning to time the session in accordance with the tulip bloom (you can see a tulip/cherry blossom session here), but missed it by a couple of days. The wonderful thing about Brookside Garden is there is always something beautiful in bloom. And stunning, ethereal wisteria it was!
