Hydrangea Newborn Session | Fairfax, VA

This Fairfax newborn session was set amongst the family’s gorgeous hydrangea blooms. It bloomed perfectly in time for the birth of baby Henry, so we had to incorporate it into their session. Big brother Holt was the perfect big brother for his new addition.

I know parents can worry about how their toddler will act during a photo session, but I’m here to tell you not to worry. We used a few tricks during this Fairfax newborn session to get some smiles and baby kisses out of Holt. You would never know that he didn’t want his picture taken when we first arrived! With the help of some marshmallows and games, we snuck some smiles out of him – and some adorable big brother cuddles!
