In this post I compile my list of my favorite luxury baby items. After three kids, I have definitely narrowed down which products are most effective and worth the investment.
I made quite a few upgrades after I had my son, Perry. Although I had most baby items I needed, I knew that some things needed to be upgraded based on my experiences. For the most part, quality plays a huge role that I would not bypass for some products, whereas for others basic models worked quite well. And some items, well, are simply so beautiful!
Artipoppe Baby Carrier
Artipoppe champions feminism, sustainability, and independence for mothers, making it ever-so-appealing.
What first caught my eye were their luxe baby carriers, though. From lush velvets to neutral tweeds, you are sure to find one that will meet your style.
The carriers work for newborns through toddlers, making them last through multiple stages – a huge plus! I also love the idea of having a carrier, as opposed to a wrap. I love baby wraps, but my little ones would often wiggle their way out while wearing, making me constantly have to readjust. Adjusting the wrap to fit just right can also be frustrating. Carriers are much easier to throw on and baby in.
I love the sensation of feeling like myself, so from comfort to style, these carriers are a huge win.
Atelier Choux | Bedding, Clothing, Decor
Atelier Choux is a luxury French baby brand for families who value interior design. I photographed some items for them a couple of years ago and immediately fell in love.
Designed with impeccable quality, everything from their swaddles to their baby clothing exudes elegance. I love the classic pastel patterns they have on their bedding and swaddles. They also have the most adorable nursery and party decor.
They are my go-to when looking for swaddles and baby bedding – and if you have a little girl, they have the most beautiful velour dress!
UPPAbaby Vista
I cannot say enough good things about the UPPAbaby Vista. We didn’t upgrade to the Vista until I had my second, and I still wish I had it with my first.
UPPAbaby makes strollers that feel and look good. They’re easy to navigate, have plenty of storage space, and you can select one in the color of your liking. For me, the storage space is everything, especially if you happen to have a large diaper bag.
Furthermore, you can accommodate three children with this stroller! For two kids, you can have a seat and a bassinet or two seats. You can re-arrange these, as well. For three, you can add the ride-along board – a total game changer. When my son got tired of riding in the stroller, he totally wanted to ride on his “skateboard.”
I also knew that I wanted a double stroller that was stackable, meaning that I could still squeeze through doorways with no issue.
One thing you do want to ensure is that it fits in your trunk when folded. Although not as heavy as many other strollers, the Vista is still tall when folded.
Odin Parker Wooden Toys
I simply adore everything Odin Parker makes. Finding safe, sustainable, heirloom-quality toys is important to me, and Odin Parker fits the bill.
They make wooden toys with so many different designs – from their make-up set to tool set, you are sure to find toys your little one will absolutely love (and you will, too!). It is also a huge plus that wooden toys are quite aesthetically pleasing!
I would be remiss to exclude Tiffany’s from this list. Most of us remember the Tiffany rattle, but Tiffany’s also has heirlooms items such as tea sets, frames, spoons, piggy banks, and brushes – all adding a layer of elegance to the younger years!
