Our Trip to Quebec & Montreal

home

Traveling with three little ones is no joke! I actually planned this Canada trip back in the winter of 2020, pre-Covid. Finally, two years later, we spent about eight days with my mother in French Canada.

Despite the craziness of traveling with three children, the trip was wonderful. Honestly, the kids were wild, but they would have been wild at home, too – we were just in a different location, ha! The toddlers became used to eating in restaurants a few days in, so we didn’t need to constantly entertain. It was actually a joy to watch them soak in these new experiences for the first time.

We began the trip in Montreal, then took the three-hour train to Quebec City. Both Montreal and Quebec felt very European – I kept on forgetting that we were in Canada! It was so nice to feel so far away, even though the flight was just two hours!

I brought my 35mm film camera to record our memories. They are simple, yet so sweet. I hope you enjoy.
