After photographing an outdoor newborn session last fall, I fell in love with photographing newborns outside! This outdoor studio newborn session was actually at my garden studio. However, we had a 95 degree day, and the studio itself was simply too hot! Mom Koryn wanted portraits of baby Piper while she was still so little, so we went forward with the session. And, wow – were they champs!
We actually began the session in my own home to save time from being outside and in the studio. We then ventured outside the studio for portraits, finishing the session in the garden studio. Koryn and her family went with the flow beautifully, and it truly showed with her portraits. We documented some adorable images with big sister and baby, and I am simply in love!
Koryn is a luxury membership client, so this was her third session out of four. She had a Howard County Conservancy family session last fall and a cherry blossom maternity session in the spring. This newborn session is adding to the collection and will be beautifully displayed in an heirloom album and on some archival wall art.
